Wilmington Firefighters and New Castle County EMS responded to Interstate 495 at East 12th Street for a vehicle overturned, off the roadway, with entrapment.  Members from Engine 2, Engine 3, and Squad 4 extricated an adult and pediatric trauma patient and they were transported to Christiana Trauma Center.
